As Founder & CEO of NEXTGEN, I launched a student-led entrepreneurship conference to connect, educate, and empower the next generation of founders. In its first year, the event attracted over 100 attendees, secured 7 sponsors, and raised over $45K—achieving profitability.
I led a 12-person team, coordinated workshops with 11 industry experts, and created direct pathways for students to network with investors and mentors.
NEXTGEN is now scaling globally, with an international summit set for Costa Rica in March 2025—continuing our mission to close the opportunity gap for young entrepreneurs worldwide.
