As an Event Coordinator Intern at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, I supported the Salon Culture Conversations summit by coordinating guest speakers, managing VIP networking experiences, and organizing executive schedules. I oversaw key event logistics, including venue setup, breakdown, and the overall operational flow to ensure a smooth and professional execution. Throughout the event, I served as a direct assistant to the CEO, providing both strategic input and on-site support to help drive the summit’s success.
